Our Approach
PSPI examines policy questions in their institutional context. Research connects political choices with security, fiscal capacity, domestic cohesion, and regional affairs, making assumptions and strategic tradeoffs explicit.
Independence
Independent analysis requires space to assess evidence, question assumptions, and distinguish research findings from political preferences. Independence is an institutional principle of PSPI.
